Masoneilan Product Line Manager - MENATI

Role Summary:

Baker Hughes has a new opportunity for Masoneilan Product Line Manager – MENATI to join the team in Coimbatore, India.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Presents product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
• Handles complex medium-term project processes. The department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
• Handles important business unit clients. Complex processes require the involvement of many stakeholders both on the client side and internally.
• Create a vision for each product line in terms of $ and quantity volumes and CM trends over time to assess the evolution of product profitability.
• Develop MGPP (multi-generational product plans) via “voice of the customer” input on new technologies, new products, developments with competition, and general market trends.
• Track and benchmark global competitors -identify market and competitive trends and provide extensive voice of customer to develop winning business strategies.
• Be the primary support for product commercialization efforts in conjunction with Marketing through the development of marketing collateral, technical papers, tradeshows, and customer presentations.
• The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• The primary interface for control valve products into the organization across multiple functional groups, including customer care, service, application engineering, sales, and technology, on major issues and opportunities.
• Direct support to a region to ensure delivery of their “Breakthrough” needs.
• Provide key account support to sales, partners and commercial teams.
• Product maintenance and cost-out initiatives within your product lines.
  
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience as a Product Manager.
