Job Purpose
Operation & Maintenance of Security & Surveillance systems of Airside Landside at RGIA in a safe cost effective manner with adherence to the rules of BCAS.
Execute timely and effective maintenance of various crash fire tenders, airside equipment, grass-cutting machine, tractors, Utility vehicles (EVs, LMVs and HMVs), Electric terminal buggies & tugs, in shift duties
Ensure the serviceability/Availability of vehicles/equipment to meet operational requirements.
Monitor the vehicles/equipment performance as per OEM recommendation.
Monitor the compliances for RTO statutory requirements and coordination for fitness certificate.
Monitor the process in line integrated management system i.e QMS, EMS and EnMS.
Prepare the BOQ for CAPEX/ Improvement works with quality assurance and completion of works within timelines and budget.
Develop the alternate source for spare parts of various imported machines.
Data compilation and analysis to ensure process are in line with requirements.
Monitoring and planning of spare parts procurement for vehicles/equipment.
Verification of SLAs of contracts.

Collecting data of the condition of Vehicles and equipment using Asset management system Regular/ Daily basis
Monitoring the RTO regulatory compliances requirements i.e. vehicle insurance, PUC, fitness renewal Every six months
Departmental SAP On time generation of PR’s related TMT
Preparation and execution of works within budget and stipulated timelines As per SLA and PO
Involvement in Lean activities such as 5S, Kaizen, BLIP, CIP, Idea factory, etc. 100% Employee Engagement
Monitor Service Level agreements made with the vendor and report to manager for compliances for further improvements To ensure Vendor SLA compliance
Provide support in document preparation for different ISO certifications 100% documentation and adherence to ISO certifications
