Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges following company policies
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Ensure the cash register is balanced at the start and end of each shift
• Assist in bagging products and ensuring smooth customer check-out
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth store operations
