Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Leverage Python for advanced data transformation, automation, and orchestration tasks.
Architect and support solutions around healthcare data systems, including hospital claims, billing, and payer-provider integrations.
Translate business needs into end-to-end data solutions, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders across data engineering, analytics, compliance, and business teams to define architecture standards and ensure alignment.
Lead technical design sessions, create architecture documents, and mentor development teams on best practices.
Ensure data governance, privacy, and security standards are embedded into architecture.
Drive the migration and modernization of legacy healthcare systems into modern data platforms (on-premise or cloud).
Troubleshoot and optimize complex data pipelines and integration workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related technical roles.
Strong expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) – especially for enterprise-scale ETL/ELT workflows.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, data wrangling, and automation.
Deep knowledge of hospital claims processing, 837/835 EDI files, revenue cycle management (RCM), or payer-provider data exchanges.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT).
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy/security practices.
Experience designing and implementing cloud-based data architectures (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure).
Strong SQL and database optimization experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
