8-10 years Experience in Horizontal form fill machines, Vertical form filling machine or packaging machine
- Daily plan production activities
- Get the machine assembly completed from workers as per plan schedule and as per required quality
- Knowledge of Horizontal form fill machines / vertical form fill sealing machine setting and testing
- Co-ordinate with internal department such purchase for shortages and order fulfilment on time
- Skilled in drawing reading 3D and 2 D
- Knowhow of General tolerance, dimensioning practices fits and allowances
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Getting machine complete in targeted time and durations
- Basic Know how of electrical and automations hardware
- Collaborate with department such as stores, design and quality to meet timelines, quality requirement and solve issues
- Expert in production planning
- Ability to handle and manage team of worker /assembly technicians
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience in using ERP, preferably BAAN/LN/SAP
- Follow ISO 9001: 2015 Quality management system
- Ensure Safe working practices are followed
