A minimum of 07 to 10 years of experience in the packaging machinery/machinery manufacturing industry is a must.
Total experience: 5 to 7 year
- Incoming inspection: inspection of manufactured and machined parts at the suppliers.
- Incoming inspection: inspection of manufactured and machined parts received from the supplier at the factory.
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawing readings.
- Highly skilled in hands-on use of measuring instruments like vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, Digital height gauge, Hardness tester, etc
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and machining processes.
- Quality plan preparation, making inspection reports, and documenting quality parameter records.
- Dealing with nonconformities by analysing root cause and implementing corrective and preventive actions for problem solving.
- Willing to travel domestically in and around Pune for 70% of the time and occasionally out of Pune, not more than 5% of the time.
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and update necessary records for the same
- Follow the ISO 9001:2015 QMS process.
- Certified internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015 preferred
