Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven State Head - Sales to lead our sales initiatives in Rajasthan. Based in Jaipur, this senior-level position requires a strong understanding of the lighting segment and the ability to appoint dealers and distributors effectively. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving regional sales performance and expanding our market presence.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the state sales operations, ensuring alignment with corporate sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors in the region.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and mentorship of the sales team in Rajasthan.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in channel sales, especially within the lighting segment (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong ability to appoint and manage dealers and distributors to optimize sales channels (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership to motivate and direct a high-performing sales team.
  • Adept in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
  • Capable of conducting comprehensive market research to identify sales opportunities and competitive strategies.
  • Experience in sales recruitment to build a robust team of skilled and dedicated sales professionals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals and manage stakeholder relationships.
