The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and backend processes including HRIS management, documentation, onboarding formalities, compliance coordination, MIS reporting, and employee data management. Candidates from the IT/ITES industry will be preferred.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Back-End/Operations) with 4-5 years of relevant experience to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and backend processes including HRIS management, documentation, onboarding formalities, compliance coordination, MIS reporting, and employee data management. Candidates from the IT/ITES industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update employee records in HRIS/HRMS.
- Handle employee documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, etc.
- Support the end-to-end employee onboarding and exit process.
- Maintain employee database and trackers with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and manage regular HR data for reports and dashboards (MIS) for management review.
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly inputs and error rectifications.
- Ensure HR operations are in compliance with company policies.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks related to HR processes.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR processes, policies, and documents.
- Assist in backend coordination for HR initiatives.
- Support HR events and activities
- Support in HR Training
- Support in Employee engagement
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR backend/operations, preferably in the IT/ITES sector.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Zoho People, Darwinbox, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and labour laws.
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Work Style: Organized, process-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
