To strengthen our digital presence and scale organic visibility, we are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team.

Job Summary

As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies across our multiple websites to increase organic traffic, boost keyword rankings, and improve lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies for multiple service-based websites.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with user intent and business goals.
• Perform technical SEO audits and ensure proper implementation (e.g., crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile-friendliness, schema markup).
• Oversee and optimize on-page elements (meta tags, header structure, keyword usage, content formatting).
• Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through ethical link-building strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across content and web development.
• Identify SEO opportunities and stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Manage and mentor junior SEO team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficient in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in local SEO, technical SEO, and content-driven strategies.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-based industries or regulatory compliance websites.
• Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Understanding of paid marketing and its integration with SEO strategies.
