Description

KPI Management

  • Meeting and reporting quality targets for the team, Team Dashboard and Other Reporting
  • Ensure that all trackers are updated and minutes for various connects etc. are shared by the team members

People Management / Development

  • Conduct Monthly 1-2-1s to ensure regularity in performance and career development discussions for direct reports
  • Objective setting, performance review and ratings for direct reports
  • Regular capacity review by creating work plans daily at individual and team level, ensure effective utilization and productivity. Manage regionwide report deadlines and challenges
  • Plan effective team engagement activities – fun events, team meetings etc. – to ensure team bonding and connect
  • Retention of colleagues through regular communication and implementation of fair management practices. Management of attrition related risk
  • Conduct and monitor huddles with the team
  • Monthly nominations for Rewards and Recognition to people through various Monetary/Non-Monetary channels
  • Lead initiatives to elevate the nature and quality of team's work, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence
  • Mentoring, On the Job Training, coaching for new/junior team colleagues

Stakeholder Management

  • Connect regularly with the Client Relationship Managers, seek feedback and act on the same
  • Ensure ongoing, sustainable, and dynamic relationships with global leadership and manage their expectations

Process & Technical Knowledge

  • Build a strong understanding of the process and data that flows through the process
  • Gain a fair understanding of reports shared by Insights Hub

Qualifications

Qualifications:
