PHP - Magento Developer :3 - 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain eCommerce websites using Magento 2.0+ and PHP.
  • Customize Magento themes, modules, and extensions as per project requirements.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Optimize website performance and ensure SEO best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Magento and PHP code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and project managers.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Magento 2+ (CE).
  • Proficient in PHP 8.0, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of Magento architecture and MVC framework.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Knowledge of Magento security best practices and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with headless Magento or PWA Studio.
  • Familiarity with Docker or other container technologies.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
