Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain product or service features and benefits
Answer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
Maintain call records and update CRM/system regularly
Follow up with interested leads for closures
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills
Good communication in [Gujarati / Hindi / English – as required]
Confidence and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass or a Graduate
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
