Why we’re hiring a Payroll Administrator? We’re on the hunt for a Payroll Administrator as part of our company’s growth.

The Payroll administrator provides accurate and timely payroll processing to ensure that employees are paid correctly and on schedule across the group.

What are you responsible for?

  • Prepare and process payrolls for multiple geographies to include instructions issued from People and Culture, Finance or external bodies using the relevant payroll software
  • Collate and process information from other areas of the business for inclusion in the payroll (Reimbursable expenses, Sales commissions, Contractor hours)
  • Prepare and process 401k scheme for US based employees
  • Ensure all relevant tax notices are collated and communicated to the payroll processing partners
  • Prepare and enter payroll journals for multiple geographies ensuring payroll costs are allocated to correct business segments
  • Ensure all payroll correspondence and communications are actioned
  • Ensure all payroll processes are adhered too and actively suggest improvements to increase efficiency
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in all relevant systems (ERP, Payroll software etc)
  • Prepare year end reports for audit (eg Director emoluments)
  • Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently

Skills You’ll Need

  • Experienced with payroll process in multiple geographies, including USA & UK
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll advisors
