Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

  •  Managing the day to day operation of all Central Support Desk & safety aspects across BFL Branches.
  •  Manage OHS relevant emergency calls & responses mechanism as per situation.
  •  Publish dash boards on daily, weekly & monthly basis on Safety updates.
  •  Ensure all required compliance records should be updated.
  •  Ensure timely info & updates of emergency situation to the CERT core team.
  •  Knowledge of Ariba and invoice processing, centrally manage and keep track of Safety and security invoices.
  •  Ensure follow ups of calls with branch SPOC for closure.
  •  Liaise with local government authorities like fire office for routine administrative requirements.
  •  Ensure periodically fire marshal and safety trainings of support desk executives, fire marshal and branch POCs.
  •  Yearly fire drills at all HO and branches with proper briefing and arrangement
  •  Daily reporting & highlighting safety matters to Lead Admin & Corporate Security.
  •  Coordinate with required stake holders for records updates.
  •  Maintain safety incident tracker and followed up with incident reports.
  •  Ensure that the necessary vendor co-ordination at Branch level if required.
  •  Ensure that all emergency calls are dealt professionally, efficiently and in accordance with laid down procedure.
  •  Ensure safety procedures are followed during work execution.
