Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new household customers for the bank
  • Identify potential customers and build relationships with them through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to tailor sales pitches and offers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling the bank's products and services to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and risk management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
