Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new household customers for the bank
- Identify potential customers and build relationships with them through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to tailor sales pitches and offers
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling the bank's products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of customer issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and risk management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
