Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. This is a Junior-level, Full-Time position, ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or related fields. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have proven experience in lead generation and leveraging effective techniques (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent cold calling skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey complex cybersecurity solutions to potential clients (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools to manage and nurture client relationships efficiently.
- Experience in business development with the capability to identify new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships.
- Strong outbound calling skills to initiate and maintain contact with potential clients and generate sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques to optimize the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for expanding the client base.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research and lead generation activities and increase sales opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introducing the company's cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about cybersecurity products and services offered by the company.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on sales metrics and potential improvements.
- Utilize customer relationship management software to manage leads, track interactions, and record sales activities.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales.
