Job Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.
Manage the entire sales process – from lead generation to deal closure.
Build strong client relationships for long-term business success.
Follow up with clients regularly and provide excellent post-sales service.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction handling.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales domain (real estate sales preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self-motivated and result-driven.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
