Job Purpose

Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Retail EMI Card Business, Managing & grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets

Duties And Responsibilities

Team management

  •  Recruit sales managers & ensure FOS hiring is done.
  •  Ensure highest levels of team motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
  •  Monitor and ensure high incentive penetration across the team.
  •  Creating a strong & compliant sales culture.


Distribution development

  •  Distribution mapping by category & manufacturer.
  •  Build distribution for the business.
  •  Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationships.
  •  Ensure that the minimum distribution enrollment and activation metrics are met.


Distribution management

  •  Effective team allocation & deployment.
  •  Manage team productivity (SMs & FOS).
  •  Ensure sustained business growth.
  •  Manage Distribution through Dealer relations and servicing.
  •  Ensure process rigor and controllership.


Sales promotion

  •  Plan & drive sales promotions with Key retailers
  •  Drive Sales Managers to plan sales promotions with retailer.
  •  Monitor and drive execution as well as effectiveness of sales promotions.


Driving commerce from enrolled retailers

  •  Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets.
  •  Assigning targets to Sales Managers & FOS.
  •  Review progress on target achievement and implement corrective strategy to achieve business targets.


Required Qualifications And Experience

  •  Qualifications


MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 8-10 years of Sales experience

  •  Work Experience
  •  Graduation with 4 to 6 years of and MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience
  •  Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment
  •  People & Relationship Management skills
  •  Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill
