Position: Technical Recruiter Intern

Location: Bangalore (remote)


Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing, Screening & Assessment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and leadership roles using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Review resumes and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Make detailed candidate assessment report to be shared with the clients
  • Part of the client calls to understand the role and client management


Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Proactively identify and generate leads for both candidates and potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospects, nurturing relationships and qualifying leads for recruitment or business development.
  • Collaborate with the team to pass qualified leads for further engagement and track all activities in CRM or MIS systems.


Candidate Engagement

  • Conduct initial conversations to evaluate skills and experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.


Market Research & Industry Trends

  • Research and analyze market trends, salary benchmarks, and leadership movements within the tech industry.
  • Prepare reports and share insights with the team to refine search strategies.


Client Collaboration

  • Support founders and senior recruiters in understanding client requirements and aligning talent strategies.
  • Engage with client partners via email and phone calls.


MIS & Reporting

  • Update and manage candidate and client data in Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Generate and present reports based on research and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical roles and requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
