Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation:
- Researching and identifying potential customers (schools, educational institutions, etc.) who could benefit from our school bus tracking solution.
- Creating a list of leads and maintaining an organized database.
- Outreach and communication:
- Initiating contact with leads through emails, phone calls, or social media.
- Introducing Dhundhoo’s solution, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Qualifying leads based on their interest and readiness to engage.
- Setting appointments:
- Scheduling meetings or product demos with interested prospects.
- Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Follow-up:
- Following up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t converted yet.
- Nurturing relationships by providing additional information and addressing any queries.
- Market research:
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Identifying potential areas for expansion or improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
