For This Role, You Will Need:
Clear understanding of the Job roles/JDs
Good hands-on experience of using various job portals
Ability to handle large no of requirements
Handling critical and confidential situations/information appropriately to maintain strict confidentiality, as required
Strong interpersonal & Networking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (viz. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
MBA or equivalent experience in Human Resource with validated experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in Non-IT domain.

Job Summary:
Fulfilling the hiring needs of the organization by providing right resources at the right time.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and design strategic recruitment plans
- Use sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and the Emerson Careers page to attract and engage individuals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screenings, validate candidate qualifications, and coordinate interview processes
- Handle internal job postings (IJP) and employee referrals
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners and consultants as needed
- Support campus hiring initiatives and event coordination
- Initiate offer and onboarding process to deliver a seamless candidate experience
- Use Oracle Cloud Recruiting (OCR) effectively to manage recruitment workflows end-to-end
