Responsibilities:

  • Execute, plan, and optimize campaigns across various paid media channels.
  • Ideate, experiment, implement, and iterate campaigns constantly to continue increasing efficiency and scale while keeping costs in check
  • Tracking, analysis, and subsequent optimization of acquisition & re-marketing campaigns/initiatives on a daily basis.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, lead tracking, and other initiatives.
  • Perform competitive analysis & stay abreast of the latest industry trends and product updates
  • Collaborate with different teams such as brand, product, retail, online, category and other business functions to achieve their respective objectives.
  • Manage marketing mix towards user conversion and revenue generation
  • Manage reports within the expected turnaround times set by the channel managers
  • Keep a close tab on campaign performance
  • Daily visibility into campaign performance across channels with forecasting what needs to be changed when, where and how.
  • Managing key performance metrics on all platforms
  • Manage end-to-end campaign life-cycle
  • Manage and optimize online ads campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, etc
  • Analyzing key platform trends to improve the same
  • Organizing & Fixing Data
  • Campaign & Data Analytics
  • Cross collaboration & Stakeholder management.



Skill required

  • :Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta and Google with proven experience in successfully scaling and optimizing campaign
  • sAnalytical thinking and understanding ability is a must
  • .A highly data-driven professional with good knowledge of presentation and reporting
  • .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • .Someone who can translate data into actionable insight
  • sExecute and measure experiments and conversion test
  • sIs proficient in various marketing and analytic tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, Appsflyer, et
  • cKnowledge of using Scripts in Google ads is a big plu
  • sGood at managing multiple workstreams/ projects in parallel

.Prior Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in performance marketin
