Responsibilities:
- Execute, plan, and optimize campaigns across various paid media channels.
- Ideate, experiment, implement, and iterate campaigns constantly to continue increasing efficiency and scale while keeping costs in check
- Tracking, analysis, and subsequent optimization of acquisition & re-marketing campaigns/initiatives on a daily basis.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, lead tracking, and other initiatives.
- Perform competitive analysis & stay abreast of the latest industry trends and product updates
- Collaborate with different teams such as brand, product, retail, online, category and other business functions to achieve their respective objectives.
- Manage marketing mix towards user conversion and revenue generation
- Manage reports within the expected turnaround times set by the channel managers
- Keep a close tab on campaign performance
- Daily visibility into campaign performance across channels with forecasting what needs to be changed when, where and how.
- Managing key performance metrics on all platforms
- Manage end-to-end campaign life-cycle
- Manage and optimize online ads campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, etc
- Analyzing key platform trends to improve the same
- Organizing & Fixing Data
- Campaign & Data Analytics
- Cross collaboration & Stakeholder management.
Skill required
- :Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta and Google with proven experience in successfully scaling and optimizing campaign
- sAnalytical thinking and understanding ability is a must
- .A highly data-driven professional with good knowledge of presentation and reporting
- .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- .Someone who can translate data into actionable insight
- sExecute and measure experiments and conversion test
- sIs proficient in various marketing and analytic tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, Appsflyer, et
- cKnowledge of using Scripts in Google ads is a big plu
- sGood at managing multiple workstreams/ projects in parallel
.Prior Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in performance marketin
