Scrum Master

Position: Scrum Master/Project Manager

We are seeking a sound Scrum Master/Project Manager with experience working the startup organization. This role involves managing Agile teams and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Agile principles, project management best practices, Business analysis, and ensuring seamless execution of technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Delivery:
• Experienced in leading start-up end-to-end project planning, implementation, and delivery for the B2C domain for travel.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, resource allocation, and performance metrics (such as velocity and burndown charts).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and coach the team on Agile best practices.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives. o Weekly report to present the sprint health check to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and DevOps) to ensure timely and successful delivery of cloud-based solutions. o Identify and remove impediments that may impact the progress of the development team and ensure smooth project execution.
• Customer and Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence
• Skills/Experience Required
• Proven experience of at least 4 to 5 years in a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
• Experience managing software development projects and technical teams, including developers and DevOps engineers.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Azure Board, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Experienced project manager or Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP certification is a plus
