- Prepare project Proposal, feasibility study.
- Design conceptualization & detailed engineering, planning and scheduling, Resources allocation, execution strategy, plan budget and time frame.
- Erection and commissioning. Tender / BOQ preparation, floating of the enquiries, project procurement and follow up, coordination with engineering consultants,
- Ability to lead teams and drive alignment across functions including suppliers, contractors etc.
- On-time and within-budget project delivery.
- Ensure statutory approvals. Lead the risk assessments & implement process safety compliances for ensuring safe process operations.
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of chemical processes, equipment, and production flow.
- System improvement by adopting new ideas.
- Safety compliance with zero incidents.
- Achievement of sustainability goals in projects. Efficiency improvements in plant operations.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in a chemical manufacturing plant preferably
- Bachelor’s degree in, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) & Auto cad
