- Market Rate Assessment
- Innovative Technological Study
- Appointment of Consultants
- Consultancy Payment Certification
- Consultants’ Additional Fee Claims & Validation
- Tender Documentation
- Post Contract Administration
- CCD (Change Control Document), Quantity Survey & Validation
- Contractor’s Submittal Review
- Construction Quality Audit
- Troubleshooting Support for Operational Plant issues
- Procurement & Contracts Strategy
- Best practices of the equipment installation and their commissioning checklists
- Periodic site visit to ensure quality of site execution work.
- Exposure to other building services viz, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and accordingly co-ordinate with related services activities.
