  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Hiring: Immediate
  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on hospitality skills tailored for the aviation industry.
  • Guide students in customer service, grooming, etiquette, and communication skills to meet industry standards.
  • Develop and update training modules and materials per the latest hospitality and aviation trends.
  • Conduct practical sessions, role-plays, and assessments to enhance student learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Create a professional, engaging, and positive learning environment.
  • Support students in preparing for interviews and placements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in their careers.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
