Key Responsibilities

- Manage inquiries: Collect and forward client inquiries, feedback, and requests to the sales head promptly.
- Build client relationships: Support the development of professional relationships through clear and timely communication.
- Provide administrative support: Maintain well-organized records of all communications and inquiries for smooth follow-up.
- Assist with market research: Help identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of email marketing, WhatsApp outreach, or social media messaging.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
