What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and implement breakthrough generative AI features that deliver measurable customer value
- Dive deep into customer insights through comprehensive research to uncover hidden opportunities
- Build functional proof-of-concepts with cutting-edge AI technologies to test and validate ideas
- Harness the power of multimodal LLMs to unlock valuable insights from complex, diverse data sources
- Convert high-level product concepts into actionable engineering specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Assess and ensure engineering outputs meet rigorous quality benchmarks and functional requirements
- Track post-deployment performance metrics and user responses to drive continuous improvement
- Micromanaging developers or becoming a deadline enforcer
- Handling personnel management or administrative paperwork
- Conducting granular, repetitive QA testing
Engineering Manager key responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience demonstrating exceptional technical problem-solving capabilities
- At least 1 year in a product management role with direct responsibility for feature delivery and success
- Demonstrated success building and launching features that effectively leverage generative AI technologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and application development practices
- Forward-thinking AI perspective - deep-seated belief that generative AI has fundamentally transformed technology's role in human productivity and will continue to revolutionize industries, with conviction that AI integration is essential to future technological advancement
