Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Manager – Growth Marketing to lead campaign execution and client growth initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of digital marketing, performance media, and campaign management. This role also involves team supervision and direct client engagement to deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across performance and brand campaigns (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Native, etc.)

Drive multi-channel media strategy focusing on ROI, reach-frequency management, and audience targeting

Manage Meta Collab campaigns, optimizing for creative impact, conversion, and delivery

Guide and mentor a team of Ad Ops Executives to deliver seamless client experience and campaign excellence

Build and maintain strong external stakeholder relationships with brands, platforms, and creative teams

Analyze campaign data to deliver insights and optimize for ROAS, cost-efficiency, and scale

Develop internal SOPs for campaign execution, reporting, and escalation resolution

Understand client objectives, pain points, and market dynamics to deliver tailored solutions and strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners (brand, product,meta,google,etc) to deliver on client goals and ensure service excellence

Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, new requirements, and strategic discussions

Drive revenue growth through delivering service excellence and identifying expansion opportunities for retention

Monitor account performance and share regular reports, insights, and business reviews with clients

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a consultative edge.

Preferred Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in performance marketing,account management, client servicing,etc

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Experience working in a digital advertising or media agency preferred.

Proven expertise in performance marketing, media planning, and digital analytics

Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and campaign management dashboards

Strong understanding of audience cohorts, A/B testing, and campaign optimization metrics

Effective Communicator With Client-facing Experience And Stakeholder Alignment Capabilities

Team-first mindset with team management and leadership experience preferred

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
