Job Description

  • Leadership:
    • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
    • Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the sales department.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
    • Foster collaboration and effective communication within the sales team and cross-functionally.
  • Sales Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that includes both short-term and long-term goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Revenue Generation:
