About the Role
Product training is a key pillar in our strategy to drive adoption and maximise the impact of our offerings. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering product demonstrations and providing hands-on support, ensuring customers are confident and successful in using our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver engaging online and face-to-face product demonstrations to clients and educators.
· Plan and conduct refresher training sessions for teachers to ensure continued effective product use.
· Track product usage and share fortnightly reports with product specialists, ensuring benchmarks are met.
· Gather and communicate customer feedback to the editorial team to support product improvements.
· Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships, providing timely support and updates.
· Monitor and ensure adherence to all service quality parameters.
· Keep internal teams informed of product updates and new features.
· Identify and support the onboarding of freelance trainers as part of the regional training network.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English or Education preferred
- Experience in the education or academic sector is desirable
- 3–7 years of experience in product training, client servicing, or account management
- Proficient in MS Office with good analytical and reporting skills
