Repair & Maintenance of Machines

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION

Responsible for Breakdown, Preventive & Planned Maintenance of all production & nonproduction Equipment.
Responsible for Breakdown, Preventive & Planned Maintenance of CNC (Fanuc, Siemens) / PLC / Servo Drives
Responsible for Upgrade /Implement Machine/ Machine Safety / Poke Yoke / Customer Requirements/ Machine Wiring
Responsible for SAP Breakdown recording, work order generation, Preventive maintenance Orders, Spares Booking
Responsible for Checking, Recording, Tagging Company Assets
Responsible for Checking of Temperature Controller, Thermal Mapping of Baking Furnaces, Calibration records of Instruments
Responsible for Design & Maintain General Light, Fan, Exhaust, Power Distribution System
Responsible for implement re-layout Projects, Machine Connections, Installation & trials
Responsible for ISO /IATF /EHS /Energy Documentation
Responsible for Electrician Deployment, HR Attendance verification & HR paperwork
