Responsibilities

1. Edit engaging and high-quality videos content.

2. Create short-form content (reels, shorts) as well as long-form content (YouTube videos) maintaining consistent visual branding.

3. Collaborate closely with the content creator to understand the topic, tone, and audience for each video.

4. Add motion graphics, captions, subtitles, effects, and relevant visuals to increase viewer retention.

5. Maintain consistent output – at least 6-7 videos per week, optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

6. Maintain an organized file structure for ongoing and completed projects.

7. Stay updated with editing trends, transitions, and platform-specific formats.

8. Work within deadlines while maintaining quality.

9. Suggest creative inputs for content ideas, transitions, or presentation.

10. Make revisions based on feedback from the creator.

11. Manage and update a project tracking system.
