WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and relationship-driven Program Associate to support the growth and engagement of the GIFT IFIH community. This role combines creativity, execution, and stakeholder coordination across branding, events, and marketing. You’ll be a key part of how we build energy around our ecosystem—through content, events, and experiences that drive value for our partners and community.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Cultivate an engaged community through regular online and offline initiatives for GIFT IFIH.
  • Help grow our LinkedIn and social presence with consistent, relevant, and creative content.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute events such as mentor sessions, workshops, office hours, and flagship showcases (e.g., EXPOs).
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics: book venues, brainstorm content, manage RSVPs, prepare print materials, name tags, signage, and registration.
  • Conduct outreach to speakers and panelists; manage scheduling and logistics arrangements where needed.
  • Inform and activate our network ahead of events through emails and announcements.
  • Collaborate with the team to track tasks, communicate timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Host and co-host both physical and virtual community events to build long-term engagement and local ecosystem growth.

Marketing & Brand Communications

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and deliver monthly newsletters and regular social media updates.
  • Help design flyers, speaker cards, invitations, and event kits for key milestones like Selection Day, EXPO, and ecosystem meetups.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing collateral, keeping with the GIFT IFIH brand tone and identity.
  • Track engagement metrics and audience feedback to continually refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Stakeholder & Program Support

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on event goals and marketing efforts.
  • Contribute ideas and support execution for community-building initiatives such as podcast features, roadshows, and collaborative events.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, events, or community engagement role—preferably within a startup, innovation, accelerator, or corporate ecosystem environment.
  • Event Execution Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate events, workshops, or meetups end-to-end, including logistics, speaker coordination, and community outreach.
  • Marketing & Content Creation: Hands-on experience with social media management, newsletters, and content creation across platforms like LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
  • Organizational Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative & Self-Starter: Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with startup ecosystems, accelerator programs, podcast/media content, or event marketing is a strong plus.
  • All the CVs must be submitted in English
