- Fair knowledge of QA/QC Documentation, Quality Management, process and cleaning validation
- Manage Vendor /customer Audits as per dsm-firmenich quality standard requirement as per FSSAI, FSMS FSSC22000, GMP, HALAL & KOSHER requirement.
- Post operational activities: Mock recall, returned products, Complaints solving
- To ensure that the product quality deviations are timely appraised to all concerned and corrective/preventive actions are taken accordingly.
- Close interaction with Marketing, Regulatory Department & Customers (need basis) in order to provide necessary support on technical / regulatory issues, etc.
- Prepare and review of all compliance documents like SOPs, Specifications, MOCs, deviations and reports.
- Preparation of qualification documents pertaining to Quality related instruments.
- To assist to QA Manager in new vendor audits of raw materials and packaging materials, customer / regulatory audits.
- Monitoring the implementation of various QA systems, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 /GMP/HACCP guidelines, policies and SOP’s, LOP/TM (for QC) in plant.
- Responsible for site internal site audit & External Vendor Audit.
- Handling of customer complaints, CCR and CAPA implementation.
- FSSAI documentation and compliance.
- Enforce compliance of the quality organization with the established requirements for; SHE, GMP’s, ISO, FDA, FSSAI, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, work processes and other rules and regulations.
- Manufacturing operations and control: Cross contamination, Checking packaging specification, Deviations.
- ensures that the performance verification methodologies conform to recognized standards and the equipment is operating under validated specifications.
- Assisting the QA Manager in maintaining the integrated ISO QMS and HACCP
- system implemented in the plant. This includes reviewing and improving on the existing process, procedures, and instructions.
- Preparation and review of RM/PM Specification and implementation
- Customer Qualification and Regulatory Documents.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Quality Manager as per business need.
