Social Media Manager in Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms while ensuring that all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging guidelines
• Schedule and publish social media posts across various platforms, monitor and respond to comments and messages, and track engagement metrics to help refine social media strategy
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics. Provide regular reports to the marketing team on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the industry
• Work closely with other members of the marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure the success of digital marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices through online research, attending webinars, and participating in industry events
• Perform other digital marketing-related tasks as assigned by the marketing manager or team lead
