Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist with exceptional learning ability and strong analytical skills. This role is perfect for someone who can understand diverse requirements, both technical and non-technical, and effectively sell the organization and job opportunities to candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Social Media Networking: Leverage social media and sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and build a pipeline based on business needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a great experience at every stage of the recruitment process by maintaining fast turnaround times, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
- Recruitment Processes: Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop a pipeline for future talent.
- Strategic Planning: Understand business needs to identify, develop, and execute recruiting strategies to hire and retain top talent.
- Stakeholder Relations: Develop strategic business relations with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR leads.
- Creative Problem Solving: Utilize creative and innovative recruiting methods to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or Engineering degree from a highly reputed institution.
- Experience: Corporate and/or technical recruiting experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional learning ability and strong analytical skills.
- Adept in both traditional and creative recruiting approaches.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a sense of urgency in others.
- Business-oriented with an understanding of how business strategies link to recruiting initiatives.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Genuine passion for creative and innovative recruiting methods.
- Experience recruiting for and working with various levels of leadership.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
