Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for EIL product
- Identify and acquire new clients in the education sector through various channels such as schools, colleges, coaching institutes, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve individual and team targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as credit, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the education sector and its loan requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
