IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our Education Institution Loan (EIL) product in the retail banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for EIL product
• Identify and acquire new clients in the education sector through various channels such as schools, colleges, coaching institutes, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve individual and team targets
• Collaborate with other departments such as credit, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of the education sector and its loan requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
