Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee facility-related management services (administration, maintenance, disposal), for a site assigned.
• Execute all facility-related administration routines, file respective data and information, and provide reports when necessary.
• Ensure regular equipment and facility inspections to determine repair of malfunctioning units and order respective external services.
• Plan and supervise implementation of general maintenance services and repairs and supervise Workers and service providers respectively.
• Manage requisitions of materials and supplies, and execute the related procurement procedures.
• Interact with authorities in facility-related aspects (e.g. organization of audits) and provide requested information.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Vocationally trained in Facility Management
• 3 to 5 years
