Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in updating product listings, descriptions, and images.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, providing suggestions for improvements.
• Help maintain product inventory and ensure accurate stock levels online.
• Participate in the development of online promotions and sales strategies.
• Track and analyze website traffic and sales data using tools like Google Analytics.
• Generate reports on marketing campaign performance and customer behaviour.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Help resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Provide general administrative support to the e-commerce team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
