Job Overview

The Sales Marketing Officer at Maharashtra Minerals Corporation Ltd will be a mid-level, full-time position based in Vadodara. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze sales operations to identify opportunities for improvement and increase departmental effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure sustained client engagement.
  • Maintain and update customer balances regularly, ensuring accurate records for prompt customer recovery efforts.
  • Conduct field marketing visits to understand market trends, gather competitor analysis, and promote company products.
  • Oversee office administration tasks, ensuring smooth functioning and adequate resource allocation for sales activities.
  • Create detailed marketing visit reports to document findings and suggest actionable strategies to the senior management.
  • Facilitate workshops or meetings to train and inform sales teams about new marketing strategies and product knowledge.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and coordinate events for product promotion.
