Salary: Competitive + Performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Generate 10 leads daily for potential candidates.
Candidate Engagement:Be attentive and professional in communication over calls and WhatsApp.
Take follow-ups with candidates to ensure onboarding and activation.
Weekly Activation Target:Successfully activate at least 5 candidates every week.
Live Location Sharing:Share your live location with the manager/concerned person three times a day.
Hub Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with hub Points of Contact (POCs).
Address hub-specific needs and coordinate with them to ensure smooth operations.
Calling:Make daily calls to potential candidates for lead generation and activation.
Explain the role and benefits effectively to candidates.
Handle candidate queries and provide necessary information.
Maintain call logs and follow-up records systematically.
Ensure timely and professional follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in the field and manage tasks efficiently.
Proficient In Using WhatsApp And Other Basic Communication Tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
