React Native Developer - iOS/Android Platforms

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid/ Senior React Native Developer with deep expertise in the Expo framework to join our dynamic team.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications that deliver a seamless user experience.

This role is strictly office-based to ensure strong collaboration and faster turnaround Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide mentorship to junior developers if needed.
• Integrate third-party APIs and native modules when required.
• Ensure the application meets quality standards and complies with design guidelines Skills :
• Strong hands-on experience in React Native with deep familiarity with Expo (managed and bare workflows).
• Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle, performance optimisation, and debugging.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and popular libraries like Redux, React Navigation, etc.
• Experience in integrating APIs, Firebase, Push Notifications, and Payment Gateways.
• Familiarity with native mobile build tools (Android Studio, Xcode).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of app deployment processes to the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative to Have :
• Exposure to CI/CD for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and crash reporting tools.
• Prior experience in maintaining applications Criteria :
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
