Job Purpose

This Role is responsible for the financial evaluation and business model structuring of detailed implementable smart city plans along with internal team, experts and consultants shall also Monitor, review, coordinate with other teams.

  • Oversee the development of financial and feasibility models to support business cases for smart airport city solutions and technologies
  • Leading smart airport cities partnerships through the development and delivery of feasibility studies, procurement options analyses, finance raising, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) / Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) procurement, project finance, mergers and acquisitions/divestitures, transaction structuring, and market research
  • Strong emphasis on financial analysis and modelling of infrastructure projects, with a deep understanding of project finance fundamentals
  • Complete due-diligence investigations on a variety of smart airport city contracts
  • Mentor and coach other team members as required

  • Prepare business plans and partnership strategies for all parts of the smart airport city plan
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure that the projects are well-coordinated with business strategies.
  • Assist departments in managing, analyzing, and interpreting data produced through Smart City implementations.
  • Serve as a resource to help departments ensure that Smart City projects comply with laws, policies, and standards, and are designed and implemented to meet business needs and the goals of the airport.
  • Maintain a high level of education and awareness of developments in the Smart City environment. Attend meetings, demos, conferences, and other events that are relevant to maintaining a current understanding of Smart City technologies.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

 Engineering Graduation from premier institute

 PMP Certification desirable

Relevant Experience

 6-8 total years of experience

 Should have 2-4 fours years of working knowledge in smart city projects

 Strong business modelling background ideally with business / management consultants

 Knowledge of IoT and digitalization desired

 A track record of success in developing, driving and closing business – negotiation skills and financial aptitude is a must

 Proven ability to work effectively with people across a wide range of functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Legal

 Willing and able to be very hands-on and manage not just the big picture but also the details of work streams

 Teamwork oriented, and a willingness to work to the benefit of others

 Confident in interacting with external and internal senior management

 Learns quickly and is an energetic self-starter with the ability to work hard, independently

 Able to adapt to a non-standard work schedule – the company’s Global headquarters is in California, so evening-time calls will be required from time to time to be successful in managing the account

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

 Strong oral and written communication skills

 Demonstrated agile project management capabilities with strong coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple competing priorities

 Experience with measurement and reporting to senior leaders

 Political savvy and experience in managing numerous key stakeholders and/or prioritising multiple competing priorities
