Job Title : UI/UX Lead / Product Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Lead or Product Designer to drive the end-to-end design processfrom concept to execution.

You'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences across our digital platforms, working in close collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Prototyping :

• Design high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
  
  

Front-End Development

• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js
  
  

User-Centered Design

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to improve product usability and user engagement.
  
  

Component-Based Development

• Build and maintain reusable UI components using React.js ensuring visual and functional consistency.
  
  

Performance Optimization

• Ensure responsive and fast UI performance across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
  
  

Design Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX, tools, and front-end frameworks to continuously innovate.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Strong portfolio of web and/or mobile projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
• Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of animation libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP.
• Experience designing mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
