We are expanding our dynamic team at Skillburst Edu Pvt Ltd, an EdTech startup dedicated to bridging the skill gap and empowering students across India through job-ready education.

We are hiring for the following Business Development roles:

1. Business Development Associate (Full-Time)

Eligibility: MBA / PGDM / M.Com / BBA / B.Com (Graduate or Postgraduate)

Experience: 0–2 years

Location: Remote / Hybrid / Office-based (City-wise availability)

Role & Responsibilities:

Identify and close B2C and B2B sales (students, schools, colleges, corporates)

Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups

Handle CRM tools, calls, demos, and partnerships

Achieve monthly revenue targets with a growth mindset

Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹5.5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)

2. Business Development Trainee (Probation - 3 Months)

Eligibility: BBA / B.Com / M.Com (Freshers or Final Year Students)

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Role & Responsibilities:

Support lead generation, marketing, and outreach efforts

Assist in client meetings, calls, and product demonstrations

Learn EdTech sales dynamics and support senior executives

Stipend: ₹10,000– ₹15,000 per month

PPO Opportunity: Based on performance

3. Business Development Internship (2–6 Months)

Eligibility: MBA / BBA / B.Com / M.Com / PGDM (Pursuing or Recent Graduates)

Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in research, data collection, market outreach

Shadow senior sales professionals and learn client engagement

Get hands-on training in sales, CRM, and business communication
