The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, and ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall functioning of the branch, including cash management, customer service, and compliance with banking regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase profitability
- Manage and mentor a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to introduce new products and services to the branch and promote cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations and customer service, preferably in a rural banking setting
- Knowledge of liabilities products and rural banking practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
