We are looking for an experienced Logistics Associate to join our organization based in New Delhi.
Toll is excited and proud to work on behalf of the Australian Department of Home Affairs to deliver services in support of Refugees and Humanitarian visa applicants associated with medical assessment and subsequent travel to Australia. We are looking for a Logistics Associate who will ensuring management of refugee clients, and their families , understanding the service scope and case life cycle including the management of, and attendance at, critical service appointments.

The role
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Associate to join our organization based in New Delhi.
- Ensuring management of refugee clients, and their families understanding the service , scope and case life cycle including the management of, and attendance at, critical service appointments.
- Attendance at the Australian High Commission in New Delhi to take possession of IMMI Cards and to ensure these are safely held and distributed to assigned refugees prior to travel to Australia.
- Partner with all subcontractors in India to ensure the services provided are of the highest standard and in line with contractual requirements.
- Support your Case Manager colleagues with client contact as requested by, and in liaison with, Case Managers, explaining service scope and in-country administration.
- Provide direct, in-person support at service appointments when this is required, this might include IMEs, DHCs, Exit Visa Applications and Airport Departure
- Ensure that the unique needs of the Refugee and Humanitarian Visa clients are always a factor in the delivery of all services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Working knowledge of supply chain process fundamentals, including service monitoring and evaluation.
- Previous experience in delivery services within a Supply Chain or Logistics framework.
- Good interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with the stakeholders.
- Be a clear, frequent and pro-active communicator with a high standard of written and oral business language skills in Hindi and English. (ability to speak one of the languages of our refugee cohorts would be looked upon favourably, e.g. Dari, Pashto, Hazaragi or other)
- National Passport and the ability to travel domestically and internationally within your region.
- Able to work flexible hours recognising that some services may be delivered outside of regular business hours (essentially Airport related activities)
- Experience : 3- 5 years
