The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of MIS reporting, be capable of managing and guiding a team effectively, and ensure timely and accurate report delivery. Key Responsibilities :Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports accurately and on time.

Analyze data to provide actionable insights and performance trends.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate data inputs.

Lead and manage a small team, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with team members and other departments.

Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues related to data or reporting.

Support process improvements and automation of reports wherever applicable.

Requirements:Strong knowledge of Excel, MIS tools, and data management.

Experience in team handling or supervisory roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexible to work in day shifts with rotational weekly offs.

Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Commerce/IT/Statistics preferred.

Experience in BPO/KPO/Banking domain will be an added advantage.
