Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:-

To handle team of Engineers effectively to get the desired output.
To review and apply the planning to meet the scheduled commissioning.
Generating regular MIS as per management requirements.
Ensure to follow all the required statutory requirements to avoid any penalty.
To ensure implementation of Quality as per approved FQP and relevant IS Codes/CBIP manual etc. 
To ensure implementation of Safety as per organization guidelines.
Handling of vendor to avoid any additional cost on Owner. Conducting regular Project review meetings with counterpart and identifying the critical paths for necessary resolutions.
Keeping track of budget to keep cost within the budget.
To identify the bottlenecks and their resolutions to avoid last-minute surprises.
To plan timely shutdowns and crossings and follow ups for timely execution.
Processing of vendor bills timely. 
Conducting safety and quality programmes at site level for the development of their team at regular intervals. 
Training need identification of the team.

Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech – Civil/Electrical/Mechanical
